Bearhead Mushroom (40%), Water, Palm Oil, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, White Pepper Powder, Modified Starch (INS 1412), Vegan Seasoning (White Pepper Powder, Salt, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Anticaking Agent (INS 341(iii), 551), Flavour Enhancer (INS 364(ii), 631, 627, 621), Corn Starch, Modified Starch (INS 1400)), Humectant (INS 451(i)), Salt, Permitted Flavoring

Allergen Advice

Contains Soy. May contain traces of Wheat.

Cooking Instruction

1. Thaw for 30 minutes or until soft.
2. Remove from packaging.
3. Choose a cooking method:
- Deep fry: Heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry for 4 minutes until brown.
- Microwave: Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Steam: Steam for 10 minutes.
- Air fry: Spray oil on top of the product. Air fry the product at 180°C for 7 minutes until brown.

4. Serve with your desired dish.
